The Finance & Governance Systems Functional Lead will serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Finance & Governance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO
), with a primary focus on finance modules. The mission of the role is to support the enhancement, configuration, and long‑term optimisation of our D365 finance applications, ensuring they meet the strategic financial objectives of the company.

• Manage and optimise the configuration of D365 Finance modules by regularly reviewing system settings and aligning them with evolving business requirements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and support strategic financial objectives.
• Support the Senior F&G Systems Functional Lead to deliver internal Finance & Governance ERP System projects by designing solutions and working with project resources to implement and test to ensure successful rollouts that meet stakeholder expectations and project milestones.
• Manage the configuration and deployment of F&G ERP System modules by managing functional installation, supporting user acceptance testing, and post‑go‑live support working with additional project support resources as required to guarantee smooth and successful system launches.
• Coordinate with IT and external partners on technical implementation and integration efforts by acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless system interoperability and timely resolution of technical issues.

• Qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent experience.
• Excellent understanding of D365 FO Finance module functionality and its application to business processes.
• Demonstrable experience in configuring and supporting D365FO
  Finance solutions within a complex organisational environment.
• High level of proficiency in finance processes, accounting standards, and digital business process re‑engineering.

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
