Job Title: Printers
Location: Nantgarw (Cardiff)
Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours/week (Sunday to Friday – various shift patterns)

We are looking for skilled Printers with experience in flexographic printing plus rotary silkscreen and foil blocking.

• Deliver high‑quality print jobs daily, meeting specifications and maintaining top‑tier production standards.
• Ensure timely, efficient output, reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, strengthening internal workflows and supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement.
• Take an active role in Operations Improvement Forums, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality systems and support local risk assessments.
• Champion a safe working environment, reporting any concerns and supporting safety initiatives.
• Align with our environmental goals, ensuring sustainable day‑to‑day operations.

• Experience as a printing press operator, with hands‑on knowledge of set‑up, operation, and maintenance.
• Sharp attention to detail and a drive for high‑quality results.
• Confidence using IT systems and in‑house software tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions clearly and effectively.
• A reliable, adaptable, and responsible work ethic.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in everything you do.
