Retail Minibus Driver

Retail Minibus Driver – Pontypridd – £13.73 per hour (salary inclusive of holiday pay: £12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay).

Location:

Pontypridd. Shifts are 8–10 hours for stock counts, with driving time paid and a bonus. A company minibus is provided. Immediate start.

• Oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Travel to different retail customer sites; some locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
• Follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• On site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods; access equipment may have to be used to reach high stock.

• This role involves unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts; minimum age 21.
• Full Driving Licence.
• You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts on large counts.

• Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
