Part Time – 28 hours per week, Permanent Contract.

As an expert advisor, you will greet customers, understand their home improvement projects, and provide product recommendations. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks appealing. You will update store ranges by safely changing layouts and showcasing new products. When no change is occurring, you may receive training in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, though the primary focus remains excellent customer service.

Great communicator able to think clearly and plan under pressure. Organised, analytical, and able to simplify complex tasks. Team player who supports colleagues and collaborates to achieve goals. Flexible to work a rotation including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Willing to expand skills using new technology and learning new ways of working.
