, to support our Poole-to-Jersey and St Malo-to-Jersey services. This is your chance to bring your expertise and passion to a leading global maritime organisation.

We’re looking for committed individuals to join our Deck, Engineering, and Onboard Services teams for the 2026 operating season. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality service for both our crew and passengers.

• Second Officers (Temp)
• Able Seafarers (Temp)
• Able Seafarers (Permanent)

• Second Engineers (Permanent)
• Third Engineers (Permanent)
• Motormen / Repairmen (Permanent)

• Supervisors
• Stewards

We’re seeking professionals who:

• Have all relevant STCW
  95 certifications for their role.
• Are competent in essential muster duties
  .
• Can uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational reliability
  .
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurised environments
  .
• Show initiative, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude
  .
• Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.
• Fluent in English
  .
• Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK.
• For Onboard Services roles:
  Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential. Prior onboard service experience, especially on High-Speed Craft, is an advantage but not essential.
