• Tender Preparation :
  Accurately prepare cost estimates for groundworks and RC frame packages, ensuring all elements are thoroughly quantified and considered.
• Site Visits :
  Conduct site visits to gain an in-depth understanding of the project scope, working with the project team to develop a comprehensive cost plan.
• Take-Offs and Measurements :
  Carry out take-offs and detailed measurements from drawings, ensuring that all aspects of the project are accurately priced.
• Cost Analysis :
  Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes, assess value engineering opportunities, and ensure the cost plan remains competitive.
