About Us

Moxey Associates is an award winning progressive boutique architectural studio, working in a wide range of design styles, specialising in high-end country and coastal houses, wellness and retail.

The studio works in close partnership with Moxey & Webb, a construction firm delivering meticulously crafted homes through an integrated design-and-build approach.

Our studio typically works on projects ranging from London to the South West, with a focus on refined, design-led private residential properties. We are seeking a talented Part II or Part III architect to join our growing team in Poole

About the role

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in luxury residential work, with the ability to run projects confidently and contribute to both architectural and interior-led design. We are looking for someone who is detail-focused, technically strong, and able to balance creative thinking with the practical requirements of complex residential projects.

Skills and Experience
  • proven experience delivering high-end / luxury residential projects in the UK
  • strong project-running ability, including client-facing and consultant coordination
  • excellent technical knowledge with deep understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • interest and capability in interior architecture, including joinery and material detailing
  • ability to produce high-quality design while working within budget, context, and programme constraints
  • confident identifying issues, problem-solving, and supporting site coordination
  • strong presentation and communication skills
  • proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite essential)
  • knowledge of Archicad and Twinmotion is beneficial but not essential
  • keen to learn and adopt new software and emerging digital workflows
  • Salary is based on experience and aligned with RIBA guidelines.
