• Safe delivery of all scheduled routine and non‑routine maintenance tasks
• Conduct safety and quality audits and inspections of teams and contractors to maintain high standards of personal and operational safety
• Ownership and completion of small engineering projects to upgrade and improve our assets
• Driving performance with a pro‑active and visible management style
• Providing engineering support and guidance to our producers, customers and internal stakeholders
• May be required to participate in an operational standby rota

• A background in engineering, preferably Mechanical within a regulated industry
• Experience managing operational or engineering teams in a safety critical environment
• A passion for operational and personal safety
• An understanding of financial approvals and controls for operational and project engineering
