What

you can expect from this role

To develop foundational technical and professional skills in systems engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies. This role is designed to prepare graduates for progression into customer‑facing delivery roles.

The location of this apprenticeship role will be:
Poole, Dorset.

The candidate Professional & Delivery Skills

• Ability to follow structured project delivery processes
• Willingness to learn customer engagement and stakeholder communication
• Interest in developing commercial awareness and understanding business impact
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Basic understanding of engineering development processes, from requirements to acceptance testing

Minimum Education al Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Systems/Software), STEM or relevant subject
• Internship, placement, or project experience in a technical environment is desirable, but not essential
