Graduate Salon Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Salon Manager to join Francesco Academy and Graduate Salon Poole.

If you have an excellent track record as a Stylist and a desire to get the best out of people, this is a real opportunity to help drive the salon and our team forward in a setting where no two days are the same.

• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the salon in an academy setting through leading, inspiring, and motivating a team
• Supporting and developing the team to maximise sales, deliver outstanding customer service and grow a loyal client base
• Actively developing the academy Apprentices to achieve Graduate Stylist status and preparing them for salon placements
• Working with the academy team to ensure the smooth operation of commercial days alongside the academy and graduate salon
• Promoting a professional attitude and a positive team ethic
• Leading the Front of House team to ensure the effective booking of all clients and models

• Have a minimum of 8 years salon experience and a desire to work directly alongside Apprentices and in an education role
• Preferably have in-salon training experience and an Assessors qualification but full training will be provided for the right candidate
• Have a passion for sharing your skills whilst also maintaining a column of clients
• Have strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Have knowledge of front desk operations including appointment scheduling and cash handling
• Undertake Safeguarding training and promote the welfare of all young people attending the academy
