As an ERP/WMS Operations Systems Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading operational requirements gathering and translating them into system specifications
• Configuring and maintaining ERP/WMS settings, including warehouse rules, labelling, and handheld device integration
• Supporting system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
• Conducting functional and user acceptance testing
• Acting as the primary liaison between operations and IT for system-related issues

As an ERP/WMS Operations Systems Specialist, your experience will include:

• IT support within a distribution or warehouse environment, or ERP/WMS consultancy
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., Acumatica, Snap Fulfil)
• Knowledge of labelling/printing systems and handheld scanning devices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams

Desirable:

• Experience with system integrations (e.g., OData, APIs)
• Knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting
• Previous involvement in ERP/WMS implementation projects
