- Health and dental cashplanYour RoleAs a Data Scrum Master, you will help us to transform the way the RNLI manages its data and data product development by:

- Facilitating Scrums and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and define data requirements and user stories.

- Providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring that we develop and maintain a best practice approach in the use of our Data Ops techniques and tools.

- Driving the adoption of Agile methodologies within the data team and championing the benefits this will bring to the RNLI.

- Removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Utilising tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to manage and track sprint progress and performance.About YouWe're looking for someone who has a sound understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, and wants to share their skills with others, leading and developing a small but dedicated department. You believe in a growth mindset, failing fast principles, and are probably looking for the chance to use your in-depth skills and experience in an organisation where you can really make a difference and save lives.

You'll be:

- An effective team player with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

- Experienced in facilitating Scrums and coaching teams in Agile practices using tools like ADO.Other organisations may call this role Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Data Project Manager.
