HGV Service Manager

Overview

Commercial experience is compulsory.

Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with several depots around Southeast of England. Currently they are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller / Service Manager to join their busy depot in Poole.

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Service Manager in a commercial automotive environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• A customer-first mindset and commercial acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal management systems
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Positive, can-do attitude and dynamic personality

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, with every third Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00 noon. You will also receive 30 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
