As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of three within the warehouse department
• Leading daily morning meetings to align priorities
• Streamlining warehouse and distribution processes
• Overseeing shipping and distribution activities
• Collaborating with customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Operating the Counterbalance and Reach forklift within the warehouse
• Utilising SAP and MRP systems to manage inventory and workflow

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your experience will include:

• Proven background in a manufacturing environment
• Previous supervisory experience, ideally managing small teams
• Understanding of shipping and distribution processes
• Experience working with SAP and MRP systems
• A forklift licence is essential
