Are you a Wood Machinist, CNC Operator or similar looking to develop your career in a high-quality joinery environment?

In this role, you will set, operate, and maintain a wide range of wood-machining equipment including CNC machines. You'll work from detailed drawings, handle quality timber materials, and contribute to the production of high-spec residential and commercial stairs. Working with a tight-knit team of machinists in a friendly work-shop environment amongst their joiners other specialists.

The company is a well-established manufacturer providing their craftmanship to residential homes for over 40 years, combining modern production methods, and expert design. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of timber manufacturing in an expert environment amongst senior machinists for a growing company who will support your development.

This role would suit a Wood Machinist, CNC Operator or a machinist from a similar background, looking to expand their abilities across a variety of machinery for the bespoke staircase industry.

The role:

Setting and operating woodworking machinery
Working with CNC machines
Reading Technical drawings
8am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm finish Fridays
Optional Overtime to boost pay
