If precision and quality are your priorities, this CNC Turner role is a fantastic opportunity to work on modern Fanuc or Mazak lathes in a well-established precision engineering business in Poole. This position is for experienced CNC Turners who can hit the ground running and deliver consistently accurate results.

Key responsibilities for the CNC Turner:

Set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc or Mazak controls)
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Select and change tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
Complete first-off inspections and maintain tight tolerances
Record setup/run times and provide feedback to improve processes
Maintain a safe, clean, and quality-focused work area Essential skills for the CNC Turner:

Proven CNC turning experience (multi-axis knowledge is a bonus)
Strong background with Fanuc or Mazak controls
Methodical, precise approach with pride in workmanship
CNC milling experience is advantageous but not required
