Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality coating finishes and smooth production flow:

Preparing and masking surfaces before spraying

Mixing and applying two-pack polyurethane coatings

Operating air-assisted and airless spray equipment

Checking coating thickness, finish, and overall quality

Following production schedules and meeting deadlines

What we're looking for:

Proven experience using two-pack polyurethane systems

Knowledge of correct mixing ratios, curing times, and spray techniques

Ability to follow technical data sheets and instructions accurately
