About UsLewis-Manning Hospice Care is a Dorset-based charity providing exceptional care to those with life-limiting illnesses. We rely on the community’s support to fund our services, as we only receive 12% NHS funding. Your help makes all the difference!
The RoleAre you enthusiastic and organised with a passion for community engagement? We’re looking for a Community Fundraiser to join our friendly team! You’ll play a key role in driving fundraising activities and building relationships with supporters to help raise vital funds for our hospice services.
You’ll develop and manage exciting fundraising initiatives, support community groups, and be the go-to person for anyone looking to fundraise for us. Plus, you’ll help deliver our Hero Community Events and be part of a team that makes a huge impact on local lives.
What You’ll Do- Develop and promote exciting community fundraising events and initiatives.
- Engage with supporters, businesses, schools, and groups to inspire long-term partnerships.
- Help deliver our Hero Community Events and guide participants along their fundraising journey.
- Track progress, manage relationships, and keep everything organised using our database.
