We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic, fast-paced restaurant at Poole Leisure Site. This is your chance to work with a fresh food menu
, alongside a talented team, in a kitchen that values creativity and excellence.

• Competitive Salary: £31,590 per annum
• Paid Overtime: Time and a half for extra hours
• Double Pay on Bank Holidays

• Great Team Environment: Work with 5 skilled chefs and 3 kitchen porters

• Hours: 45 per week, 5 days out of 7
• Shifts: A mix of straight and split shifts
• Busy Days: 200+ covers - plenty of action and energy!

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
• Assisting with stock control and ordering when required

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for fresh, quality food
