In 1998 Farmer Palmer’s was born. From the beginning, we have been driven by a passion for creating a family-friendly environment where children can learn, play, and get close to the countryside animals.

You will provide excellent customer service within a customer focused and child-friendly environment whilst providing a fun and exciting experience to last a lifetime. You will ensure the birthday child has a day to remember! You will do this whilst having a keen eye for detail and possess impeccable working standards.

• Be polite, helpful, presentable, and confident with a can-do attitude.
• Be responsible and punctual.
• Ability to work both as a team and alone working on your own initiative.
• Ability to see the next job that needs doing.
• Good time management

• You must be confident in talking to both our young and adult visitors with a bubbly, cheery and happy disposition
• This position will suit a person with good attention to detail who will not leave until the job is done properly
• Good communication skills
• Organised and enthusiastic
• sensible and able to take responsibility for your own duties
• Reliable and honest
• Attention to detail & tidy work practices are important

• Previous experience working in a similar environment is desirable for this position
• Confidence to ask questions and work as a team or on own initiative

• Setting up the rooms ready for the days parties.
• Provide an exceptional birthday experience to birthday guest of honour, all parents and guests.
• To encourage a party atmosphere at all times.
• Serving party food and drinks to guests.
• Presenting the demonstration cake and singing Happy Birthday.
• To regularly communicate with the client throughout the duration of the party to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction.
• To carry out cleaning duties, as necessary, and ensure that all rubbish and debris are cleared from party zone.
• To assist in other areas of the restaurant as and when required.

None required – Full training given.
