Customer Service and Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic sales department - helping customers find the right vehicle parts and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and personal.

Poole, Dorset

37.5 hours per week

Monday–Friday on a rotating weekly shift pattern, with occasional Saturdays

Sales & Customer Services Manager

• Team Warranty Bonus – average £175/month

• Selling used vehicle parts across multiple platforms and achieving sales targets
• Responding to calls, emails, live chats, and eBay enquiries
• Matching the right parts to customer vehicles with precision
• Building rapport and providing honest, helpful advice
• Creating quotes, invoices, and processing payments accurately
• Coordinating collections and deliveries for a seamless experience
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and maintaining excellent service
• Ensuring all standards and processes (including ISO) are followed

• Monday–Friday (rotating weekly pattern):
  • Week 1: 8:00am – 4:15pm
  • Week 2: 8:45am – 5:00pm
• Saturdays (every 2–3 weeks): 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Sundays (WFH, every 7–8 weeks):
  Paid at 1.5x hourly rate

• Previous experience in a sales environment (automotive experience a plus, but full training is given)
• Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer focus
• Excellent listening, problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Organised and detail-oriented with solid admin and IT ability
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced team
• Knowledge of car parts is beneficial - but not essential (full training provided)
