The RoleAs a Response Operations Manager, you will be on the frontline of risk management, responding to emergencies, monitoring global events, and delivering real-time intelligence to safeguard people, assets, and reputations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response:
Handle emergency calls and provide immediate support, including safety and security advice. - Global Threat Monitoring:
Track global events and proactively alert customers to emerging threats. - Advisory and Support:
Deliver customer advice on security-related incidents, travel risks, and operational safety. - Incident Analysis:
Conduct short-term event analysis and prepare pre-travel advisories for global clients. - Crisis Management:
Coordinate responses to crisis events, including emergency evacuations when necessary. - Client Liaison:
Work closely with clients to manage expectations and deliver operational outcomes in line with SOPs.
We are looking for driven, detail-oriented individuals seeking an entry-level role within security and risk management. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring candidates who thrive under pressure and can adapt quickly to evolving situations.
Key Qualifications- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Calm and proactive demeanour, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with an eye for detail.
- Active interest in global current affairs and security trends.
- Ability to work independently, often with limited supervision.
- Prior exposure to intelligence analysis or crisis management.
- Background in military or police service.
- A second language.
- Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off).
