Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our vibrant assisted living community. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment management
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care and progress
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
