• Respond to technical questions from internal and external customers via phone, email, chat, or CRM
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate case information to provide repair support
• Record details of cases in CRM, documenting actions taken for future reference
• Assist dealers with warranty processing and component failure analysis
• Provide general customer service functions, such as placing orders and parts look-up

• Minimum high school graduate or GED
• Bilingual in French and English
• 1-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
• Familiarity with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
• Basic/Entry level capability of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• 1-3 years of engine or mechanical experience in a related Outdoor Power Equipment service support position
• 2-year Technical Vocational degree in engine technologies or related experience
• Previous contact center experience
