• Competitive Pay

  Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 30 flat rate hours, up to 42 flat rate hours including top production level and certifications.
• Performance Bonuses

  Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
• Certification Premiums
  : OE certifications can boost your base pay above 30 flat rate with all training costs covered by Kirmac.
• High Production Potential

  Experienced technicians typically bill 400+ hours per month.

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Flexible scheduling options available (afternoons, nights, weekends).

• Chief Mi200T or Pro Spot Resistance Welders
• Dustless Sanding Equipment
