Skilled Labourer

The Skilled Labourer will support various departments, including the welding team, service technicians, pressure washing, and more. Responsibilities include operating equipment and machinery, collaborating with employees, supervisors, project managers, and customers.

This role will work from our Production Shop and/or Customer's site.

8:00am - 4:30pm

• Assist the Production Team
• Assist with loading and offloading equipment/parts using forklift
• Maintain and organize site and shop cleanup
• Perform garbage dig out on compactors
• Operate pressure washer to clean equipment
• Use hand tools to assist production/service teams
• Willingness to operate propane forklift for heavy equipment
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as required

• 2+ years' experience in a construction/industrial environment
• Ability to read measuring tape
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
• Forklift operation (training available)
• Welding experience (training available)

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, or kneeling. Working conditions may involve exposure to waste; safety and cleanliness are priorities, with protective gear required.
