As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering food & beverage craft and collaborating with teammates.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Handle cash and store safety procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates, delivering a positive customer experience.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages, cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with customers, discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
