Key Responsibilities:
Load windows, doors, and related materials onto outbound trailers with a high level of care to prevent damage.
Unload incoming linehaul trailers, verifying product counts and inspecting for damage.
Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Stage and organize products for efficient distribution and delivery.
Assist delivery drivers with unloading products at customer sites.
Ensure safe handling of all materials during delivery.
Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.
Follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols at all times.
Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
Accurately complete required paperwork, scanning, or documentation for inbound/outbound shipments.
Participate in cycle counts, inventory checks, and general warehouse duties as assigned.
Previous warehouse, construction, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 Pounds) consistently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Ability to read and understand shipping paperwork, labels, and basic instructions.
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to ride along on delivery routes required.
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Use of PPE required (gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.).
