We are looking for 2 automation engineers to join our dynamic team at MC Design & Contracting. The engineers will participate in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of automated systems and equipment within the Automation Department. This role provides hands-on involvement in automation projects, enabling the graduate to apply theoretical knowledge in practical engineering environments and contribute to the delivery of effective automation solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Design, assemble, test, and troubleshoot automated machinery and control systems.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and other automation components.
• Install, commission, and maintenance of automation systems.
• Perform system simulations, testing, and validation of automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
• Continuously learn and apply new automation technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Graduates or candidates with minimal practical experience are encouraged to apply.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and automation software (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens etc.) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and robotics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office
