Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Home Health Visiting Nurse to serve the Greater Gig Harbor area, covering Port Orchard to Gig Harbor, with 0.8 FTE (4/8s), Monday to Friday and rotating weekends/holidays among the team.
The nurse provides comprehensive skilled care in patients' homes, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, manages pain and symptoms, and plans care transitions back to primary care providers. Requires RN with WA license and BLS.
