Production Operative - Assembly

As part of our commitment to renewable energy, we are expanding our operations in Portadown and seeking a Production Operative to join our growing factory team. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and want to make a positive impact on the world, this is the role for you!

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of our innovative heat pumps. You will be at the forefront of creating cutting‑edge technology that helps homes and businesses reduce their carbon footprint while keeping them warm and cosy. With a strong attention to detail and working within a wider team, you will ensure that our heat pumps are produced to the highest quality standards.

• Assemble and manufacture heat pumps according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out various production tasks, including brazing, wiring and mechanical assembly.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that all units meet our stringent quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and design, to provide feedback on product improvements and optimisation.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and sharing ideas.

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A team player mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
