• Programming and operating our CMM
• Inspecting parts against drawings and specifications.
• Following inspection guidelines to conduct critical non‑routine visual, dimensional, mechanical and functional inspections on a wide variety of components.
• Preparing for and conducting the first article inspection of parts.
• Maintaining necessary inspection logs and writing inspection reports.
• Interpreting inspection findings and determining adequacy of corrective actions.

• Proven experience (4+ years) in a high‑precision CNC machining environment (3 and 5‑axis)
• Minimum 2 years in a Quality roles within a manufacturing environment
• Experience programming and operating a CMM (preferably familiar with PC‑DMIS software)
• Strong drawing interpretation and metrology skills
• Competent in conducting First Article Inspections
