Service Advisor

Adams Morey Portsmouth is looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our busy aftersales team.

This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and thrives in a fast-paced motor trade environment.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
• Some flexibility will be required at times.

Salary:Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving service bookings via telephone and email.
• Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries.
• Carrying out customer pre-calls and post-service follow-up calls.
• Invoicing both cash and account customers.
• Using supplier platforms to book and update workshop jobs.
• Liaising closely with workshop control and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Motor industry experience would be advantageous, as would previous experience using Keyloop dealer management systems, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
