As a Senior FF&E Designer, you’ll take a leading role on a major private residential scheme alongside signature F&B and commercial projects. You’ll curate world-class furniture, lighting, finishes and accessories, work closely with leading makers, and play a key part in delivering the studio’s renowned level of elegance and detail.

Office

Fulham, Central London

Hours:

Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

Duties >

Lead FF&E across luxury private residential, F&B and commercial projects

Develop concepts, mood boards, materials palettes and design narratives

Source, specify and schedule all FF&E to the highest level of detail

Create bespoke furniture pieces in collaboration with makers and artisans

Manage samples, approvals, pricing, lead times and procurement information

Deliver beautiful, polished presentations and FF&E documentation

Work closely with the internal design team and external consultants

Oversee FF&E packages to ensure accuracy and design intent

Attend meetings, site visits, mock-ups and supplier reviews where required

Requirements

Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience delivering luxury FF&E within high-end residential or hospitality projects
A beautifully presented portfolio demonstrating material sensitivity and refined design taste
Strong supplier, maker and manufacturer knowledge
Excellent sourcing, specification and organisational skills
Confident presenting concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
Strong software proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Excel; EstiMAC advantageous)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and care
A detail‑obsessed, proactive and collaborative approach
