Your role

Are you a forward‑thinking mechanical design engineer with a proven track record of bridging technical expertise and strategic consulting? We are seeking an exceptional professional who can redefine how organizations engineer and accelerate product development through cutting‑edge digital tools and methodologies.

Your Profile

You will join a growing team of experts working on high‑profile projects within the defence sector. You will use creative problem‑solving skills to formulate, develop and deliver design engineering solutions.

Consulting Skills

• Strategic project planning and management

Technical Skills

• Advanced Siemens NX CAD software expertise, minimum
  10 years
• Product lifecycle management (PLM) tools knowledge (Teamcenter)
• 3D modelling and simulation capabilities
• Digital engineering transformation techniques
• Technical configuration of engineering tools
• Performance optimization of design processes
• Data management and digital thread implementation
• Advanced engineering workflow design

Integrated/Crossover Skills

• Technical consulting approach
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Understanding of digital transformation methodologies
• Technical solution selling
• Engineering process re‑engineering
• Digital tool configuration and customization
• Technical presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience working across Engineering and Manufacturing including NX, TC ERP, MES

Preferred Industry Experience

• Advanced manufacturing
• Aerospace

Key responsibilities include

• Establishing yourself as an expert
• Running work packages in complex organisations – Engagement Management skills
• Delivering solutions that accelerate how clients engineer their products across the full value stream
