Overview of the role
Salary: £15,500 per annum plus incremental increase each year.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
Start date: September 2025.
TE Magnetics is a new business division within Tokamak Energy. We want to usher in the HTS era. This is a production leadership role within the MBU focused on developing and improving our production structures to manage day-to-day activities across the manufacturing section of the MBU. We recognise we are in our infancy, but we are ambitious and have big plans to grow fast and make a global impact.
We need a production leader to help us shape our processes to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively where each contributing member is maximising the use of their key skills.
As a Tokamak Energy L3 Mechatronics Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work across the magnets manufacturing team as well as all our TEM teams under the guidance, mentorship, and support of our highly skilled and experienced team members. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend relevant courses and workshops to further your development.
