Hours of Work: 37 per week

As Project Manager – Buildings, you’ll be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within the programme. You’ll ensure that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Being the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, you will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring structural integrity while embedding compliance with Building Regulations, British Standards, and statutory safety frameworks.

• Proven track record of delivering projects and experience in full end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle.
• Experience in fire engineering, water hygiene, asbestos management.
• Strong collaborative ability, decision and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning capability, effective communication, and active listening.
• Technical leadership with regulatory fluency and ability to manage safety-critical elements within structural projects.
• Capability to manage day-to-day project activities including scope, schedule, cost, and quality while aligning with programme strategy and objectives.
