As MRB Engineer youll act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing reviewing non-conformances and driving effective solutions to enhance safety compliance and product reliability. This is a great opportunity to lead process improvement and set the standards for airworthiness in aviation products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and resolve non-conforming items
• Perform engineering reviews to ensure products meet airworthiness and certification requirements
• Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Support documentation for certification bodies including EASA CAA and FAA
• Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and lessons learned

• Bachelors degree in Aerospace Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Previous engineering experience in aviation aerospace or related sectors
• Strong working knowledge of quality and certification standards
• Proficient in root cause analysis CAD and engineering data management systems
• Detail-oriented decisive and skilled communicator
