Sirius Analysis is a rapidly growing consultancy firm renowned for understanding and meeting customer requirements effectively. Our Systems Engineering team works across multiple sectors, including defense, energy, and health, providing end‑to‑end consultancy services ranging from risk and investment analysis to P3M. We support a wide client base, including UK MOD and NATO, other government agencies, and the broader defense and non‑defense industry.
Our Systems Engineering function is responsible for understanding client challenges and finding solutions to their problems. We cover the full lifecycle:
Requirements Engineering, Architecture Development, Systems Analysis, Alternatives Analysis, Integration, Verification, Validation, Testing, Sustainment, Disposal, and Replacement. We are active members of INCOSE, ensuring best practice and systems thinking are at the heart of every project.
- Support delivery of technical consulting projects.
- Design and apply systems engineering approaches to tackle real‑world problems.
- Develop analytical tools and techniques, including novel approaches where required.
- Sound understanding of scientific, mathematical, or capability analysis techniques with proven ability to develop technical solutions to business problems.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Space Systems, Telecommunications & Network Systems, Military C4I Systems, or Digital Engineering practices such as Modelling and Simulation or Digital Twins.
- Systems Engineering lifecycle.
- Model‑Based Systems Engineering, using digital tools and models across the engineering lifecycle.
- Enterprise Architecture or domain‑specific architecture use of frameworks such as TOGAF, NAF, or equivalent.
- Requirements Engineering with tools like IBM DOORS, Dimensions RM, or equivalent.
- Creation and management of Capability and Technology roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management, including workshop facilitation.
- Understanding and use of Service Management practices such as ITIL or eTOM.
- Professional registration with a relevant professional organisation, or willingness to work toward registration.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an internal baseline personnel security standard check before starting employment.
- Willingness and eligibility to complete a United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearance application to the Security Check (SC) level upon starting employment (typically requires at least 5 years’ UK residency).
