A specialist engineering firm in Portsmouth is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their project-led team. You will work on bespoke machinery projects, developing innovative mechanical concepts and detailed designs. The ideal candidate has proven experience in mechanical design, strong 3D CAD skills, and a good understanding of British standards. This role also requires managing project tasks and providing technical guidance to teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Occasional site visits across the UK will be necessary.
