Location:

Portsmouth, UK (full time on-site)
Working Pattern: 9 day fortnight (every other Friday is a non working day)
Salary:
Up to £50,000
Benefits:

The Company:

My client is an Aerospace organisation involved in the design, manufacturing, certification, and services for mission-critical equipment.

They support both civil and military operators, working closely with OEM's and maintenance facilities. This is an organisation who has been established for 50 years, a global leader in mission-critical equipment, operating in over 120 countries.

The Role:

The HR Advisor will support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes, compliance, and business partnering. As well as providing HR guidance to managers, managing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. You will be a focal point for resolving issues and supporting employees through various stages of their employment.

This is a key role within the business and an opportunity to have true ownership within a thriving and growing business. This client has lots of investment, as well as the opportunity to implement and influence processes and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

* CIPD Level 5 qualification.

* Proven experience in a HR generalist/HR Advisor role within a manufacturing or operational environment – ideally circa 4 years+.

* Strong background in stakeholder management and engagement – influencing and nurturing relationships.

* Knowledge of employment law, GDPR, recruitment, employee relations, workforce management etc.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases.

* Beneficial to have a background or understanding of payroll.

* Previous experience or exposure with streamlining and implementing procedures is highly beneficial.
