As a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry:

• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Understanding client requirements and sourcing high‑quality talent
• Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
• Performing compliance checks and adhering to GDPR
• Creating and managing adverts
• Completing the onboarding of new workers
• Supporting temporary and permanent recruitment needs
• Completing high volumes of administration
• Assisting with marketing
• Negotiating offers and maximising earning potential
• Working towards realistic KPIs and targets

No prior recruitment experience is required although beneficial — full training is provided.
