iO Associates are working with a well-known service provider who are on the lookout for a CRM/ERP specialist to join them on a permanent basis. They have begun a huge digital transformation project, implementing the latest state of the art technologies and are looking for a Solution Architect to play a key role. In this pivotal position, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across business-critical systems including ERP, CRM, Data and Cloud platforms.

• Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally in regulated or complex industries.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), and data architecture.
• Experience delivering ERP and CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with agile, Dev Ops, and AI-enabled business solutions.
