• Lead the configuration and implementation of software solutions in Police Forces nationally
• Gather and document customer requirements and collaborate with various teams
• Ensure smooth transitions for customers to new or updated systems
• Triage technical and functional issues and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure confidence in solutions

• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify solutions
• Articulate and positive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in triaging and resolving technical and functional issues
• Proven ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Customer-facing experience with a flexible and quality-focused approach

• Exposure to webserver technology including IIS
• Understanding of databases including SQL and/or Oracle
