What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients with care, accuracy and professionalism
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and general client queries
• Building strong relationships with both clients and insurers
• Working collaboratively within a friendly team that values communication and mutual support

• A minimum of 4 years experience in commercial insurance handling
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• A genuine focus on delivering excellent client service
