This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Cleaner position based in Portsmouth. The Senior Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day cleaning tasks, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in assigned areas, and ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld. Additional duties include delegating tasks to team members, conducting inspections, managing cleaning supplies, and addressing any cleaning‑related concerns. The Senior Cleaner will also assist in training and mentoring junior cleaning staff to uphold service standards.

• Proficiency in cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment
• Ability to oversee and delegate tasks to a team effectively
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous cleaning or supervisory experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to working shifts, including early mornings or evenings
