We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products, maintaining accurate records, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to a safe and professional working environment.

We are looking for someone who not only has the technical skills but also brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and improve. Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability are key qualities for success in this role.

• Produce products to high-quality standards, ensuring accuracy in all records and processes.
• Follow and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while suggesting improvements where possible.
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures, actively promoting safe working practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and HSE-compliant using 5S principles.
• Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Operate workshop equipment safely, including band and circular saws, grinders, and sanders.

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Excellent PC skills, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Able to use manual measuring equipment.
• Experience in automated production or low volume/high-value manufacturing is desirable.
• Knowledge of composite materials or modern manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Previous experience with HMI technology would be a bonus.
