Supply Chain  Lead  – Sub-Tier Risk  Management

Location:

Salary:  Up to £45,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing :

Lead  the design, deployment and ongoing  management  of sub-tier mapping methodology within the Business

Collaborate with Sector & Group to share best practice and lessons learnt

Train and support the Supply Chain teams on sub-tier process, tools and implementation

Work with commercial and project teams to understand contractual flow downs related to sub-tier mapping & work with project teams & BW Team

Engage with suppliers to promote the benefits of sub-tier mapping and ensure requirements are clearly understood and data submission is accurate and meaningful

Interrogate datasets to assess potential risk impacts our sub-tier capability to deliver

Prepare and present updates on sub-tier progress, risk exposure and trends

Ability to deputise for the Risk and Performance  manager  when required

Your skills and experiences:

Have a good understanding of the Supply Chain End to End process, including key areas such as supplier  management , procurement delivery, supplier development & risk  management

A good understanding of commercial agreements and the associated flow-down terms that impact supply chain

Experience in interpreting data to drive informed  decision  making

Good understanding of external environment and relevant market intelligence

Have demonstrated critical thinking and  analysis  skills in either a Supply Chain or relatable environment or roles

Experience of working within a  complex  Supply Chain environment
