Working for a fantastic, fast-growing business, you will lead a team of three whilst driving impactful marketing campaigns. Your role is to shape strategy, oversee execution and ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all channels. This is a hands‑on role and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industry‑leading brands.

Please note that this is a fully site-based role in Portsmouth, working 8.45am – 5.30pm.

• Lead, organise and support the digital and non-digital marketing team
• Plan and deliver creative, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email and content
• Contribute to and oversee social media activity across Linked In, Facebook and Twitter
• Strengthen digital marketing plans with clear growth‑focused strategies
• Align marketing and sales activity to improve the customer journey
• Manage and optimise campaigns to increase traffic, engagement and conversions
• Analyse brand positioning, market insights and campaign performance
• Propose innovative ideas for compelling campaigns and content updates
• Oversee website performance, analytics and user experience improvements
• Collaborate closely with sales and creative teams to meet business objectives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead

• Proven experience in a similar in‑house digital marketing role
• Experience leading or managing a web or marketing team
• A marketing‑related degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent copywriting and editing ability
• Confident, dynamic personality with the ability to inspire others
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A collaborative approach when working with teams and stakeholders
