They will carry out tasks such as gritting and snow clearance, litter picking, hedge and shrub maintenance, and general grounds tidiness, working effectively in challenging weather conditions. The candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety, while contributing positively to the team and the wider community environment.
